Service Description
Our sports camps in Lausanne focus on athletic fundamentals—speed, coordination, strength, and agility—beneficial for any sport, while also integrating art and creativity into the program. 🏃 Athletics Training: running skills and drills, sprinting, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin, long distance ... 🤸 Movements & Skills: Learning handstands (a signature skill for upper body engagement and posture), coordination drills, balance exercises, crawling, floor workouts, reaction time ... 🏐 Games & Challenges: Relay races, team games, running hills, running in sand, spending time barefoot as long as possible, swimming ... 🎨 Sport & Art Day:A visit to Olympian an art atelier for painting, plus athletic competition at a nearby athletic track in the Olympic Museum area and visit of the Olympic study centre. 🌱 Education stretching, mindfullnes, visualisation and imagination in sports, cold exposure, breathing exercises, basics of nutrition, body anatomy, warm ups and cool downs, yoga ...

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation up to 30 days before camp start date: A 100% refund of the camp fees will be granted. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied. *Cancellation between 29 and 14 days before camp start date: A 50% refund of the camp fees will be granted. *Cancellation within 13 days of the camp start date No refund of camp fees will be granted. Cancellation after the camp has started No refund is possible if a cancellation occurs after the start of the camp. *Cancellation due to illness or accident A refund will be granted in the case of an accident or illness, provided a medical certificate is submitted. *Cancellation by Summer Camps with an Olympian If a camp is canceled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
